How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure we can dedicate the necessary time to your creation, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance for standard cakes and 7-10 days for custom designs.
Do you offer local delivery or store pickup?
We offer both! Local delivery is available within a 20-mile radius for a flat fee, or you can choose 'Store Pickup' at checkout to collect your cake from our bakery for free.
How should I store my cake once it arrives?
Most of our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. However, they should be stored in the refrigerator if not being consumed within 2 hours. Please remove from the fridge 1 hour before serving for the best texture.
Do you provide options for dietary restrictions?
Yes, we offer a selection of gluten-free and vegan flavors. Please note that while we take every precaution, all our treats are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and wheat.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will receive a 50% store credit.
Can I customize the message or design on my cake?
Absolutely! You can add a custom message in the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout. For complex custom designs, please contact us via our 'Custom Inquiry' form.
